Returns & Refunds

No return or refund.

Video games work with Japanese machines and/or Japanese system only. Second hand games are test-run in Japan, on Japanese machines. Not guaranteed on Emulator.

For major defect, please report to us within 7 days after receiving.

We will replace the product only when the defect is caused by us. We may ask you for picture (s) as the proof.

DVDs, Blu-rays and CDs are guaranteed against defects. If you receive a defective one, Animanga Nippon will replace it at no cost to you.

Guaranteed to work with Japanese system only. NTSC, Region 2 (DVD), Region A (Blu-ray). Not guaranteed on PC or game machines.

Due to illegal copying, Animanga Nippon can not make refunds and will only exchange them for ones of the same program.

Second hand/Used Items

Please understand that we are unable to replace items for minor defect such as small scratches and dirts.
